Grace Spencer brings a broad based business background to the Board ranging from career development and human resource consulting to financial services advisory. Over the past 30-years, she has owned and operated a career consulting and placement service and worked in corporate sales and marketing positions. Project-driven, Ms. Spencer has designed and facilitated experiential training programs for youngsters and adults; produced and hosted her own radio show; and has authored a number of published articles. Volunteer involvement includes The Caring Place Food Pantry, Board Member; NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness), Trained Support Group Facilitator; CABVI (Cincinnati Assn. for the Blind & Visually Impaired}, Volunteer. Ms. Spencer is a graduate of Xavier University (Cincinnati) with a degree in Economics, and completed graduate coursework in XU’s Executive MBA program. A longtime Cincinnatian, she is an advocate and activist for the rights of underserved individuals, and abused animals.
