Carlton is the youngest of 8 children raised in a single parent home. He was born and raised in Cincinnati and attended Tates Creek High School. He is the founder of The Carlton Brown Institute and active in The Friends of the African Union with Hershel Daniels Jr. His college credits include degrees in World Religion and Business Management, he has also studied Criminal Justice and Marketing. At Westwood College he was elected Vice-President of Human Excellence and Economic Development. When not pounding the pavement for Vulcan’s Forge or Friends of the African Union, Carlton enjoys fishing and working for human rights.
